Today, we marked a special milestone as our PP2 learners graduated ready to take their next big step into Grade One! 🎉

At the same time, we held a Prayer Day for our Grade 6 and Grade 9 candidates as they prepare for their KPSEA and KJSEA exams. We prayed for wisdom, confidence, and success as they get ready to shine. 🌟

We thank all our teachers, parents, and guests who joined us in making this day memorable. 💙

TENDER INVITATION NOTICE
KITALE FOREST JUNIOR SCHOOL is a Public Institution in Hospital ward of Kiminini Constituency. The School invites bids from Interested and Eligible bidders/Firms for Construction of ONE (1) classroom(s)
Tenderers may inspect and obtain a complete set of tender documents upon payment of a non-Refundable fee of Kenya Shillings 1,000/= only, either in banker’s cheque or cash payable to The principal School’s office during normal working Hours. The details of the tender are as follows:

Interested tenderers who meet the following mandatory requirements supported by certified Copies of requisite documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation:
1. Provide certificate of incorporation/Business name registration certificate
2. Provide valid National Construction Authority [NCA] Certificate.
3. Provide PIN/VAT registration certificate.
4. Provide valid tax compliance certificate.
5. Duly filled form of tender.
6. Valid CR12 from the Registrar of Companies.
7. Valid NCA practising license certificate
8. Valid business permit

In addition, interested bidders must show proof of the following;
[i] Key technical staff to be engaged.
Iii] Bank account in the name of the company [Attach 3-year bank statement].
Iiii] Works of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken.
[iv] Litigation history of the company [Both court and arbitration cases].
[v] Evidence of sound financial standing and access to Bank credit line.

Tender Documents in plain sealed envelopes should be deposited in the Tender Box at KITALE FOREST JUNIOR SECONDARY School’s Office on or before 26th September 2024 at 10:30am Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers and/or their representatives who choose to attend.
