Kisumu Artists for Children KACP

We are happy to announce that the "Artists for Children" documentary will be premiered on Dec. 16th as part of the selection of the 28th "Golden Riton" Festival of Bulgarian Documentary and Animation Cinema in Plovdiv. The director tells a story about an amazing fifteen-year journey from Bulgaria to Africa, involving over 5,000 orphaned children and youth and over 300 artists from four continents. A journey in which, through theatre and creativity, traumas are healed, the individual is helped to integrate, and significant social changes are achieved in society.

Kisumu Artists' for Children Project KACP We are a non-profitable and non political community based organization that empowers children and youth in Kisumu-Kenya through Art Mentorship Programs both in visual arts and performing arts, especially through Mask-Making, Puppetry, Music and Dance.
