Today, our Grade 9 Green students at Manna Junior School were busy working on an exciting project in Pre-Technical Studies, a subject under the new CBC curriculum that promotes digital literacy.

Using digital devices, the students carried out research to find practical solutions to real-life problems they had identified. It’s amazing to see them applying tech skills to think critically and creatively!

We believe that education is the greatest equalizer and the greatest differentiator, so here we highly value it.

This program helps to fill the students with spiritual nourishment, as part of making them holistic learners and productive members of the society.

Today morning Manna Academy and Manna comprehensive School were honored to host the Base commander Chief Inspector Mr Martin Fwamba from Kombewa Police Station. Our students received invaluable lessons on road safety, emphasizing the importance of staying alert and cautious on the roads.

This visit was powerful reminder of the positive impact that strong ties between police administration and our community can have. By engaging with our learners, the Chief Inspector not only educated but also built trust and understanding, showing our students that law enforcement is here to protect and support them.

Good relations between police and learning institutions lay the foundation for safer, more cohesive communities. We are grateful to Kombewa Police Station and look forward to more collaborations that inspire and protect our children.

We are excited to host the Seme Sub County Music Festivals at our facilities at Manna JSS today and tomorrow. Neighboring schools have already arrived, and the event is about to begin. The music festival features a variety of performances from different schools competing in categories such as choral verses, solo verses, sacred songs, and public speaking.
This year, the Manna school fraternity will be presenting 22 items, performed from the youngest class, PP1, all the way to Grade 8. Last year, Manna took home the trophy, and we hope to do the same this year. We are grateful for this great opportunity and thank all our partners for making this institution a facility of choice in the community! Lets pray for team Manna Academy today!
