Positively Transforming the World through Health and Education. Our volunteers across the globe connect together as one team to improve the world.
Positively Transforming World (PTW) is a 100% volunteer-run international organisation that focuses on health and education. For what is an already painful and overwhelming experience for many, it is sad to think that modern societies have created a culture and stigma around menstural cycles that is synonymous with embarrassment and awkwardness and unjust rules and limitations. Whilst tradition and history is often cited as the reason for the stigma and culture, we question how far the depths of history have been considered and how accurate our learnings from history are. For what has morphed into an unpleasant version, in their origins, both the Ancient Indian and Ancient Egyptian civilisations embraced and protected the menstruation cycle, along with many other cultures. Read more about the myths around menstruation and why we should embrace these ancient viewpoints.

August this year will mark 10 years of PTW Magazine being published. What started for us as a small publication to communicate our work and provide some information on health and education topics has transcended to a publication that has gone beyond what anyone expected was possible through volunteering methods alone. Now, each of our magazines is read in over 30 countries by over 10,000 people. No paid work, No paid marketing machine. Just our volunteers and communities working together to make health and education more accessible to the world. Since its inception, our Founder and Dirctor Chirag Lodhia has been Editor In Chief and Dec 2014, Benjamin Bugeja joined as our Director of Arts and Design. We look forward to seeing what the next 10 years brings from their brotherhood.
