The Assistant County Commissioner Otonglo Division, Chief and the Assistant Chief of Korando B also took part in Mayfield Academy's environmental tree planting day. The Assistant County Commissioner highlighted the importance of collaboration and partnership in achieving tree planting goals, and reminded us of the ecological benefits of trees e.g. air purification, reducing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere (carbon sequestration) & H2O conservation.
