We are looking for a Computer Shop Personnel to join our team in Iloilo City. The ideal candidate will manage daily shop operations, assist customers, and provide basic technical support for computer-related concerns. This role requires excellent customer service, basic technical knowledge, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in using shop services, such as computer rentals, printing, and scanning.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot minor computer hardware or software issues.
Manage and monitor computer units to ensure proper functionality.
Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain an organized record of sales.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of computer stations and shop premises.
Assist customers with inquiries about shop services, including internet browsing, typing, and gaming.
Perform basic maintenance, such as updating software or cleaning equipment.
Monitor and restock supplies like ink, paper, and other consumables.
Enforce shop rules and ensure a friendly and safe environment for customers.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college level preferred).
Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and office applications.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
