🇫🇷 French Cultural Day 2026 🇫🇷
We proudly participated in the French Cultural Day at Maseno School, a vibrant event that brought together over 15 public and private schools from across the Lake Region.
The event provided learners with an exciting platform to showcase their creativity, linguistic skills, and appreciation of French as a second language. Our Year 7, Year 8, and Year 10 students represented the school exceptionally well in various categories, including French songs, poetry, grammar contests, and French talks.
All participants also sat for a written examination upon arrival, further testing their proficiency and understanding of the language.
We commend our learners for their enthusiasm, confidence, and dedication in representing our esteemed school. We now eagerly await the comprehensive results, which are expected later this week.
👏 Félicitations to all our participants, and thank you to our teachers and parents for their unwavering support!

On the eve of our World Environment Day celebrations scheduled for Friday, 15th May 2026, under this year’s theme, “A Global Call for Climate Action,” our Environmental Club proudly joined the Kisumu City Environment Department in a major clean-up exercise along the Ring Road corridor from Kachok to Moi Stadium.
The initiative, organized by the Kisumu City Environment Department, brought together students, community members, and environmental stakeholders in a shared commitment to creating a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable city.
The occasion was graced by our Senior Principal, Mr. Ravi Singh, and the Kisumu City Manager, Abala Wanga, whose presence and support greatly inspired the participants. The exercise reflected the power of partnership, civic responsibility, and youth involvement in advancing environmental conservation and climate action within our community.
