Review our 1st half of numeracy and literacy camp in 5 schools. In just 3 weeks we already see a big improvement in reading and math performance. Thankful for the support amd commitment of the local MOE and TSC office.

Today is International Literacy Day. Soma Sawa is off to a high note with Literacy classes to learners left behind in Grades 3 to 5. Innovative interventions individualized assessment, quality materials, committed team and leadership, play and fun. We are so proud of tue 5 schools that are making this commitment to their learners. Many of our rural schools are in a reading crisis. Too many learners being are left behind for too many years and cannot catch up. Soma Sawa is happy to intervene.

The training sessions are full of fun! Students will definitely enjoy these learning methods. Play and learning keeps students engaged.

Soma Sawa Day 3 was a blast. We were joined by the TSC County Director Kisumu County. The teachers are taking it all in and can't wait to implement these new tools in their classrooms

Our sessions are very engaging. From the know to the unknown! Every hour of our training is getting us closer to big impact for our students. Excited for what is coming to our schools in Kisumu County.

Soma Sawa innovative education project of Rafiki Sawa is excited to start TaRL teachers training this week. This is a power team with over five years experience in Primary education, innovation and holistic education impact. This means our teachers will be well equipped to intervene at the right time to close the gaps for their students.
