Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) plays a vital role in driving socio-economic transformation by equipping individuals with practical, industry-relevant skills. At Rotary Vocational Training Centre (Rotary VTC), this mission is strengthened through an unwavering commitment to inclusive education, ensuring that every learner has an equal opportunity to succeed.
Rotary VTC continues to break down barriers to education by providing tailored support for vulnerable groups, including single young mothers, persons with disabilities, and disadvantaged youths. Through initiatives such as an on-site Baby Care Centre, accessible learning facilities, and inclusive training programs, the institution creates an environment where every student can pursue their education with dignity and confidence.
Offering market-driven courses in areas such as Fashion Design, Electrical Installation, ICT, and other technical trades, Rotary VTC empowers learners with the skills needed to secure employment, create enterprises, and contribute meaningfully to society.
In collaboration with the County Government of Kisumu and development partners, Rotary VTC remains committed to advancing inclusive TVET, promoting social equity, and creating pathways to economic independence for all.
