Our great school mystery is here

Class of 2025 had 1,034 students registered.
The ministry of education guidelines states that a maximum of 45 students per class/stream to be adhered to.

Now 1034÷45 brings us 23 streams in a single class. Is this even reasonably possible to manage such a huge number. Is this greed which has substituted quality learning to attention?

A conversation which the school management would be ashamed of themselves.
