For 4 (four) years; we have educated the pupils in the shadow of Effort Academy and have grown into a modern school of 170 pupils and 9 teaching staff. Surrounded by a permanent Ena River & Mt. Kenya Forest that creates

beautiful scenery. As an academic school, Effort Academy supports and challenges every pupil to realize their potential, whatever his/her ability. As Education becomes increasingly competitive excellent exam results are the goal.But we believe that the best route to the academic success is not only through exam technique though that has its place, but through making academic study exciting. We show pupils how to think independently. We as Effort Academy we enhance balancing the needs of the individual with those of the larger community making life-long friendship. The school is in the near future anticipating having boarding facilities to enhance competition academically. Enduring the pain to embrace the gain.
