Growing up I saw my mother with so many photos of hers. Years later, I can only lay my hands on two. Only two. They have become so precious to me that I can’t trade them with anything else.

When you can, take as many photos as you can. A time will come when they will be the only thing someone will be holding on so closely and dearly.

It’s easy to feel defeated when you’re facing challenges but don’t forget one thing.

The reason why you get defeated is not because of what they are saying about you, it is what you are saying to YOU!

And you always show up in life according to the creed you believe about YOU!

Don’t let negative self-talk grab you down, instead, focus on the positive and remember that you are capable of achieving your dreams.

You can’t let people crown you before your time.

Don’t let their compliments and their flattery push you into a position that you are not ready for right now.

Let patience have its perfect work.

God will show you when it’s time for you to move. Until then it’s better to hide even from your friends who are trying to force you by saying…

…….Child If that was me I would take over that church. If that was me I would get that man or woman. If that was me I would take that job. If that was me…… SHUT UP!

It’s not you!

You’re not going to force me into being King because my next scheduled appointment is not with the Crown but is with the Cross. And the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord. And He delighted in his way.

In this 12th month you can look back to your 2023 plans, desires, projections, aspirations, intentions and resolution and you feel disappointed. Your hopes are gone. You feel betrayed and rejected.

It’s very freeing when you realize you don’t have to make everything happen.

If you’ll keep God first place, He’ll bring the good breaks to you, He'll cause the right doors to open, He’ll send the healing.

All striving is doing is wearing you out, causing you to feel overwhelmed, can’t sleep at night.

Take the pressure off. It’s not your job to fix everything.

You can’t make people do what’s right, make your coworker like you, make your business grow.

Your job is to be your best each day, honor God, and He will bring your dreams to pass.

He’ll turn negative situations around.

You have a gift of life. Next year will be better. You have my prayers and support.
