*LEADERSHIP*(MASHUJAA!)
✅Leadership is service to humanity – it’s a call to serve. True leadership is discovering something you were born to solve. Myles Munroe once said, “A tree never eats its own fruits.” True leaders have public not personal ambition. A strange love for humanity. To give peace not for their own peace.
✅True leadership is identifying something to live and die for. Greatness is preceded by slaying a giant. In the words of Winston Churchill, “The price for greatness is responsibility.” What will you be remembered for? What will you leave behind?
✅ If you want to touch the past, touch a rock. If you want to touch the present, touch a flower. If you want to touch the future, touch a life. Benjamin Franklin observed, “If you would not be forgotten as soon as you are dead, either write something worth reading or do things worth writing.”
✅Leadership is not leaving something for people but leaving something in people. The goal is not to live forever but to do something that lives forever. Only then will you live forever. It’s good to be blessed. It’s better to be a blessing. The true meaning of life is to plant trees, under whose shade you do not expect to sit.
One is not born into the world to do everything but to do something.
✅The first person who can make a difference is ‘me’. You cannot do everything, but you can do something. Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do. In your own simple way and means, you can make a difference in the world. The idea of leadership is not to shake the world but to make a contribution to the course of humanity.
✅Remember those enduring words of Mahatma Gandhi, “Be the change that you want to see in the world” and Eleanor Roosevelt, “When you cease to make a contribution, you begin to die.”
