WILL YOU BE AT THE DINNING TABLE OR THE WAITER
Set for the table: Will you serve the meal or serve as the waiter? I'm attempting to reflect on this important question within myself. We are all working extremely hard to achieve the same goal. Are we truly prepared for what is ahead?
We have heard songs about success throughout the years, but we have taken our time to become familiar with the steps, rooms, and doors that lead to success. I want everyone to be happy, but there is a cost. We must act like the contemporaneous versions of Nehemiah, Joshua, and Moses. You and I both want to attend the dinner.

ARE YOU READY?
It's the second month of the year, but the rains have not yet arrived. Every farmer shares the same optimism as young couples anticipating their first child. We glance to the east and the west when we awaken each morning, full of optimism.
We must continue to wait for the long-awaited rains if we want to have a successful planting season. But are we prepared? Do we know what we're going to plant? Are we conscious of this planting season? Whether we choose to grow cassava, maize, beans, or potatoes, we cannot simultaneously cultivate maize and harvest cassava. Remember that while you continue your activities today that we will never forget what we sow.even if we overlook. We will always harvest the crops we first planted. As you step into that workplace, just bear in mind what you are doing for yourself and what you hope to accomplish today. Whom do you want to influence today? What do you want to become?

REFLECTION COUNTS
Over the course of the year, we had the opportunities, blessings, risks, and moments we cherished for our own improvement that led to the change we desired. We put a lot of effort into achieving our goals. I didn't see anyone in our group give up. Perhaps a little rest, but every day was spent striving for a brighter future. The year is coming to a finish, and the majority of this time is always spent celebrating, spending time with family, hiking, swimming, and eating. In the midst of this, it would be prudent to pause and consider this year's experiences, what went well, what may be improved, and any recommendations for a better one.

JUST START
Because we are stacked, we are not stranded. We mostly get stacks because we haven't begun.
Have you begun to consider the idea?
Have you started taking classes for your dream job?
Have you begun to construct your dream home?
Of course, it stacks in the mind whether we are ready to take action because we have always feared the unknown. Why are you unwilling to begin? Are you afraid? We will always be beginners, and fear should not be part of our vocabulary.
Being negative has prevented me from trying.
What if I mess up
What if it fails? What if the theft occurs?
WHAT If..
What if we begin to approach things with an optimistic mindset? What if it succeeds?

MAPEMA NDIO BEST
We attack it at dawn, sababu mapema ndio best i agree to whoever said this. That is a photo taken early in the morning and i drew a lot of lessons from it. The amzing background inspired by the rising sun. That to me is awesome.
Mapema ndio tunanga'a.
Mapema ndio tunapendeza.
Mapema ndio tunatimiza
I picked my travels very unusual today 5am is not my norm. Ooh i was not the only one the number was big rather than to my expectations. The cool music in the vehicle that kept me silent and i overheard the life philosophers adjourning.
Goals, purpose and visions are tackled well ealier. When you are energetic before the sun sets, before you grow that white hair, before dawn, before you regret a missed second , that moment when you think of it do it.
Just do it sababu mapema ndio best dont wait for others to shine in the field then you wake and say i had the same in mind. Atack it at down. And the world will celebrate you
WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFULL SERVANT

PROBLEM SOLVING
Problem solving is a major topic in our industries today. How can we engage to problem solving as individuals, teams or groups.
I view problem solving from a mathematical aspect, which is applicable to our daily life. " the problem stated requires you to use numbers 1-8 to complete the puzzle."
Process involved
1. Define a problem.
2.Generate alternatives.
3.Evaluate and select an alaternative.
4. Implement the strategy.
Do you think they do apply to our daily duties?
