My Voice Counts is more than a booklet. 🌸
It is a child-friendly guide created to help primary school children understand themselves, express their feelings and grow with confidence.

Many children grow up afraid to ask questions about their bodies, emotions, dreams and the challenges they face every day. Through the My Voice Counts Booklet, we continue to create safe conversations that help children learn, speak up and know that their voices matter.

The booklet uses simple, relatable and age-appropriate lessons to discuss:
1️⃣Self-esteem and confidence
2️⃣Understanding our bodies
3️⃣Menstrual health and hygiene
4️⃣ Personal safety and speaking out
5️⃣Friendship and peer pressure
6️⃣Dreams, leadership, and goal setting
7️⃣Emotional wellness and self-expression

We believe every child deserves to be heard, protected and empowered.

When children are given knowledge early, they grow into confident young people who can make informed choices and stand up for themselves and others.

Every page reminds a child:
🖊️ I am important.
🖊️ I can speak up.
🖊️ My voice counts.
