At Aspire Institute of Technology, we are taking leadership in Live Onsite Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training (LOVET) which offers far more benefits to the trainees than traditional classroom and workshop learning.
Using this model, Trainees are exposed to industry-relevant practical skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to excel in the ever-demanding world of work, additionally, there is a higher transition as site staff are actively involved in this process and are able to scout for new employees from promising trainees.
