Muragari secondary School is a is a mixed school, situated in Embu County Embu East District, Runyenjes Division, Kanja North location, on the eastern slopes of Mt. The school was started in 2000 with six students and three teachers namely;

Having started with only six students; four boys and two girls, the enrolment has been increasing steadily to the current 180 students i.e. 89 boys and 91 girls
KCSE PERFOMANCE
Has risen from a mean grade of D plain of 3.000 to a C- of 4.8318. There are great prospects of improving this grade further in the subsequent years. ALUMNI
