Unlocking Global Opportunities Through Labour Mobility
At Baraton College, we believe that education should not only prepare students for local opportunities but also position them to thrive in an increasingly interconnected global economy. Through the 'Twende Majuu Labour Mobility Program, we are committed to equipping students and graduates with the knowledge, skills, and guidance necessary to access international employment opportunities in a safe, ethical, and structured manner.
As labour mobility continues to create new pathways for skilled professionals around the world, it is important for aspiring candidates to understand the processes, requirements, opportunities, and responsibilities that come with working abroad. This initiative seeks to empower individuals with accurate information while promoting informed decision-making as they pursue their career aspirations beyond Kenya's borders.
We are pleased to have Cynthia Jepchumba, International Relations, share valuable insights on labour mobility pathways, international opportunities, career preparedness, and the role of education in building globally competitive professionals. Her presentation highlights how students and graduates can strategically position themselves for success in international labour markets while contributing positively to their communities and the nation's development.
The Twende Majuu Labour Mobility Program reflects Baraton College's commitment to producing graduates who are competent, adaptable, and ready to seize opportunities wherever they arise. By connecting education with global career pathways, we continue to support our learners in achieving their personal and professional goals.
Join us as we explore the possibilities that await beyond borders and learn how the right preparation today can open doors to a brighter future tomorrow.

Education remains one of the most powerful drivers of economic growth, social transformation, and workforce development. As labour markets continue to evolve both locally and globally, there is an increasing need for education that equips learners with practical skills, professional competencies, and the adaptability required to thrive in diverse work environments.
At Baraton College, we recognize the important role that quality education plays in enhancing labour mobility by preparing graduates for emerging opportunities across different sectors and regions. Through industry-relevant training and skills development, learners are empowered to pursue meaningful careers, contribute effectively to the workforce, and respond to the demands of a rapidly changing world.
Labour mobility is not merely about movement from one workplace or country to another; it is about creating pathways through education that enable individuals to access broader opportunities, improve their livelihoods, and contribute positively to society. This can only be achieved through education that is quality-driven, relevant to industry needs, and accessible to all.
