congratulate Dr Latema for having been appointed the Managing
director , Kenya irrigation service board.
Dr. Latema is a don from Kenyatta university.
He has been the patron of Marakwet university students association.
He hails from Tentan , kapcherop.
Reliable sources from state house tells me that , his name will appear

Some wonder who we think we are to believe in our right to defend ourselves. We cannot be people who accept to be submissive. When they ask who are you to speak up for yourselves, tell them who you are, we must not be silent.This is the struggle, we want 11% growth to ensure that EMCans lead the life they deserve. We are no longer a resigned EMC, one where EMCans did not believe they could be like others. As leaders we must believe and we must make others believe that we can aspire and that we can achieve. We are really no different in terms of those aspirations from those who want to determine how we live our lives. People will believe when they see results.You don't do it for them, you do it with them. That is the duty you have as leaders. That is why we are here, we must have that commitment to deliver.”-
