Arise & Shine Academy Alumni Association - ASAAA ASAAA engages and connects all the ASA Alumni community all around the world in support of ASA's mis

To encourage alumni to participate actively in the Arise&Shine community, to attend events, to volunteer, to create new ways for alumni to stay connected to Arise, and to contribute to the greatness of our Almer Mater. Our vision is to involve the greatest possible number of alumni and alumnae with Arise on an annual basis by creating a range of programs and services so appealing that alumni will seek to remain engaged with the school and each other. Consistent with the core values of community, education and service, the ASAAA’s programs and services should provide alumni with meaningful opportunities to:

-Continue the process of life-long learning;

-Foster diversity and community, strengthening ties to ASA and growing relationships with other alumni;

-Receive valuable services to enhance their lives and careers; and

-Serve the school, other alumni, students and the community at large.

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing on of one of us, Japheth Kimutai Koech (2004 class) passed on last week due to some health complications.
This is a deep blow to the Arise and Shine fraternity and Japheth's family.
The funeral arrangements have been made for Wednesday 27 at his home in Moi's Bridge. We are reaching out to his family to get more information.
As Arise and Shine alumni and Japheth's school mates, we would like to rally our support for the family through attendance and contributions to help the family during this difficult times.
Once again our condolences go to Japheth's family and friends esp those who knew him at personal level.
More information to be communicated to you we also value your suggestions.
