He also seconded the government directives that whether a child has paid school fees or not, their studies should not be interfered with.

UoN Students To Pay For Meals Through E-Citizen

Professor Ezekiel Machogo has finally spoken about the rumors that are circulating online that the government through his Ministry of Education is planning to relocate the Grade Nine students to the senior secondary schools.

The Cabinet Secretary has dismissed the claims and clarified that the government is on top of things and funds have already been allocated for the classrooms for the grade nine students. He also added that there are no plans at all to interfere with the current education structure.

He also added that the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development has already began preparing the learning materials and they hope that by July everything will be ready. He added that the design of the curriculum is done and everything is in progress.

According to the Cabinet Secretary of Education, the government is doing its best to make sure that the infrastructure is made perfect for the learners to enjoy their studies.
