🌸 PAD DRIVE INITIATIVE | MUCSA 🌸
A girl's education should never be interrupted because of a lack of basic menstrual hygiene products. Every month, many girls miss school simply because they cannot afford sanitary pads and other essential hygiene items. Together, we can change that story.

The Marachi Universities and Colleges Students Association (MUCSA) is proud to launch the Pad Drive Initiative under the theme:
"Dignity. Health. Empowerment."

This initiative seeks to restore dignity, promote menstrual health, and ensure that every girl has the confidence to stay in school and pursue her dreams without barriers. By supporting this noble cause, you are not just donating items...you are investing in a brighter future for young girls and empowering the next generation.
We invite students, alumni, well-wishers, organizations, and members of the community to join hands with us by donating:

OFFICIAL APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Marachi University and Colleges Student Association.-MUCSA delighted to officially announce the appointment of Mr. SEBE BILHAN as the Vice Secretary General, effective 1st July 2026.

This appointment is a testament to his dedication, exemplary leadership, and unwavering commitment to serving the student community. As Vice Secretary General, he will work closely with the Secretary General in coordinating the Association's affairs, strengthening communication within the Executive Committee, and ensuring the effective implementation of MUCSA's programs and initiatives. He will also undertake other responsibilities assigned by the Executive Committee in pursuit of the Association's vision and objectives.

We are confident that his passion, integrity, and commitment to teamwork will significantly contribute to the continued growth, unity, and success of MUCSA. His leadership is expected to inspire active student participation and foster a stronger, more vibrant Association that champions the interests and welfare of all students across Marachi.

*BUTULA MUST NOT BECOME A SAFE HAVEN FOR GANGS.*

The MARACHI UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES STUDENTS ASSOCIATION (MARACHI UCSA) expresses deep concern and outrage following the violent attack on our fellow comrade and Congress Representative from Marachi West, Abraham Ouma.

Abraham Ouma was reportedly attacked, tortured, and later robbed of his motorcycle by the infamous MAPANGALE SQUAD gang a criminal group that continues to spread fear and insecurity across Butula Constituency.This disturbing incident is a clear indication that criminal gangs are becoming more daring while innocent youths continue suffering in silence.

We therefore stand firmly to condemn this act of brutality and call upon the relevant security authorities to urgently

• Track down and arrest the perpetrators.
• Recover the stolen motorcycle.
• Restore safety and confidence among the people of Butula.

As students, comrades, and young leaders from Butula, we refuse to normalize violence, torture, intimidation, and organized criminal activity within our communities.The youth of Butula deserve peace.The people deserve security.Justice must be served.

Today it is Abraham Ouma.Tomorrow it could be another innocent youth.Let every responsible authority act before the situation worsens.
