Creativity was brewing at the Grade 4 Authors’ Tea Party!

Our 4th graders proudly shared the books they created from start to finish, complete with original stories and characters. They presented their work to Grade 3 students and parents who joined the celebration, showcasing their imagination, hard work, and growth as young authors.

The event continued with paired story reading time, where students enjoyed reading their books together in the company of parents. Afterward, everyone gathered outside to celebrate with refreshments, snacks, and meaningful conversation.

What a wonderful way to celebrate creativity, storytelling, and the joy of sharing stories with others!

The Senior Trip was filled with unforgettable experiences, beautiful sights, and plenty of adventure!

On Day 1, the seniors traveled to the Mt. Fuji area, visiting the 5th Station halfway up the mountain (sitting at 2,305 meters) and exploring a scenic herb garden before enjoying dinner together at the hotel. Day 2 brought excitement at Fuji-Q Highland, where clear skies and stunning views of Mt. Fuji made a day of roller coasters and thrills even more memorable.

On their final day, the seniors traveled to Yokohama to visit the Cup Noodles Museum, where they designed their own custom cups and selected flavors and toppings. The group also explored the city and the historic Red Brick Warehouse area before heading to the airport, wrapping up an incredible trip together!

Day 3 wrapped up the 8th-grade trip with a fun final day in Fukuoka!

Students explored Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, enjoyed local treats and shopping, and then headed to the MLB Café for lunch, where they watched plenty of coverage of Shohei Ohtani on the screens.

The afternoon continued at teamLab, where students experienced immersive light displays, interactive art, and creative digital spaces.

After some last-minute shopping at the airport, the group returned home. It was a joy to watch students learn, explore, and create lasting memories together throughout the trip.
