We’re excited to introduce Lion Cubs — a Parent & Child English Class for little learners ages 6 months–2 years. 💛
Through songs, stories, movement, and play, children will enjoy their first experiences with English in a warm, nurturing environment—while parents and caregivers get to know the Valor community, too.
And Lion Cubs families receive more than just a weekly class:

Our Lionhearts brought two timeless fables to life: 「The Lion & the Mouse」and 「The Hare & the Tortoise.」Through puppetry, dramatic play, and storytelling, students explored lessons of kindness, perseverance, and the lasting impact even small acts can have.

As they stepped into each character’s role, they discovered that great stories don’t simply entertain - they help us understand ourselves, one another, and the choices we make.

At Valor, we believe literature is more than learning to read. It’s an opportunity to build empathy, strengthen character, and spark meaningful conversations that stay with our students long after the story ends.
ライオンハートたちは、『ライオンとねずみ』と『うさぎとかめ』という、世界中で親しまれている2つの寓話を劇や人形劇を通して体験しました。
子どもたちは登場人物になりきりながら、思いやりやあきらめない心、そして小さな親切が大きな力になることを学びました。物語は楽しむだけではなく、自分自身や周りの人との関わり方、そして日々の選択について考えるきっかけを与えてくれます。
Valorでは、読書は単に文字を読む力を育てるだけではないと考えています。物語を通して共感する力や豊かな人間性を育み、子どもたちの心に長く残る学びへとつなげていきます。

Every week brings new opportunities to explore, discover, and grow together!
This week, our Lionhearts celebrated Tanabata, explored what plants need to thrive through a science experiment ☀️ 💦, exercised their critical thinking skills through games, and prepared to use English beyond the classroom for our field trip tomorrow.
We believe some of the best learning happens through curiosity, hands-on experiences, and meaningful moments shared together.
We’re grateful for another wonderful week at Valor.
🦁好奇心あふれるライオンハートたち。
毎週、子どもたちは新しいことに挑戦し、発見し、仲間とともに成長しています。
今週は、七夕を楽しみながら願いごとを書いたり、植物の成長に必要なものを科学の実験で学んだり、ゲームを通して考える力を育んだり、教室の外で英語を使う準備をしたりと、たくさんの学びがありました。
バラーでは、子どもたちの「なぜ？」という好奇心を大切にし、体験を通した学びや、日々の何気ない瞬間の中にある学びを大切にしています。
今週も素晴らしい一週間を過ごせたことに感謝しています。🦁❤️

Our Lionhearts explored the lives of Helen Keller and Ray Charles through a visual timeline, learning about perseverance, courage, and the far-reaching impact one life can have on the world.
As we reached the end of our timeline, we were reminded that history isn’t just about the past - our students are writing their own stories each day.
We can’t wait to see where their journeys lead.
すべての人生には、一つひとつの物語があります。
今週、ライオンハートの子どもたちは、ヘレン・ケラーとレイ・チャールズの人生を年表でたどりながら、困難に立ち向かう強さや勇気、そして一人の人生が周りの人々に与える影響について学びました。
年表の最後にたどり着いたとき、私たちは改めて気づかされました。
歴史は過去を学ぶだけのものではありません。
子どもたちもまた、一人ひとりが自分だけの物語を紡いでいるのです。これからどのような物語が描かれていくのか、とても楽しみです。🦁✨
