I feel like eating something cold in a hot day.

Do you know " Kakigori"?

It is a Japanese summer treat, shaved ice.
It flavored with sweet syrup(strawberries, Macha green tea, or Blue Hawaii)and a sweetener, often condensed milk.

Kakigori is really popular in Japan.

It’s not rare that we have to wait for 3 hours at some of the most popular shops.

You can see Mt. Fuji from skyscrapers in central Tokyo when the air is clear.

Mt. Fuji officially opens in early July.

The rainy season is coming soon in Japan.

We call the early summer rainy season "tsuyu" in Japanese.

Tsuyu is a long rainy season in June and July.

During the "Tsuyu", it rains quite frequently and with the high humidity, everything feels very sticky.

I went to his museum in Yokohama.

Sake is made from rice through fermentation.

Do you like to drink sake hot or cold?🤤

Hot sake is one of the traditional ways to drink it and it’s called “Atukan” in Japanese.

Cold sake is cooled down to 5~10 degrees Celsius.

In summer, Japanese people often drink “chilled sake,” served in a cold glass to help them refresh themselves.

At first, please enjoy the aroma of sake.
