【みんなで料理して みんなで食べて 絆を深める美食倶楽部】
2020年初めにスタートした「美食倶楽部みえ」も暫く活動を自粛していましたが、
先日、美食倶楽部の発起人である本間様よりお声がけいただき、
ホテルのスタッフによる美食倶楽部を開催することで活動を再開いたしました。
当日は本間様と本間様のご家族を交えての開催で、
スタッフ同士、料理を作りながらのコミュニケーションを通して、改めて、絆が深まった感覚を得られたと思います。
このように、企業内のイベントとして開催される美食倶楽部は、
”チームビルディング”としての可能性もあることを再発見できました。

【Cook together, eat together, and deepen the bonds, ”Bishoku Club” (Gastronomic Club) 】
”Bishoku Club Mie”, which started in early 2020, also refrained from activities for a while.
The other day, Mr. Homma, the founder of “Bishoku Club in Japan”, asked us.
First of all, the activity was resumed by us the hotel staff.
Mr. Homma and his family also participated on the day.
Through cooking together and eating together, we could communicate more than usual, therefore we felt to deepen our bonds again each other.
If "Bishoku club" holds as one of company's events like this, we think it may be expected the effect of "Team building".
