1)To spill the beans = To reveal a secret.
Ex. A: Did you know Karen's pregnant?
B: Really?!
A: Yeah, her sister spilled the beans last night.

2)To let the cat out of the bag = To reveal a secret.
Ex. "When the child told her grandmother about the plans for her surprise party, she let the cat out of the bag. It was supposed to be a secret!"

3)My lips are sealed = I won't say anything.
Ex. "You can trust me. My lips are sealed."
