To the Directors of Private Licensed Childcare Facilities in Uruma City
We would like to express our gratitude for your continued cooperation with Uruma City's childcare administration.
This is the Uruma City Childcare and Children's Center Division.
Regarding the above matter, we are providing information to childcare facilities in the city regarding Typhoon No. 6.
This information is as of approximately 9:30 AM today (May 31st) ↓↓
"We have confirmed the current situation and forecast with the Okinawa Meteorological Observatory, and at this time,
a storm warning is expected to be issued between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM tomorrow (June 1st).
Furthermore, the storm warning will be issued 6 hours before the storm enters the storm zone."
Please note that the above time frame may change depending on the typhoon's movement speed (development),
so please continue to pay close attention to weather information.
Also, if you are accepting children at your facility before the storm warning is issued,
please remind children to be careful not to get injured by car doors during drop-off and pick-up due to the strong winds and rain.
