Let's have a cultural experience with the Japanese kiddos
We are looking for enthusiastic hosts to facilitate cultural exchange experiences between visiting students and local residents in Okinawa. As a host, you will engage with students in English and guide them through interactive discussions and activities to help them learn about different cultures.

Location: Chatan Town, Okinawa (Other locations may apply depending on scheduling)
・Job Type: Part-time, contract-based
・Compensation: ¥22,000~/day (7 hours) – Compensation varies depending on the number of students and host experience level.
・Language Requirement: English (Fluent)
・Visa Requirement: Applicants must have a valid visa to work in Japan (Japanese nationals, SOFA status holders, or individuals with a valid work visa). Tourist visas are not accepted.
・Schedule: Flexible, based on bookings (mainly weekdays)

★Responsibilities:

Engage in English conversations with students and facilitate discussions.
Guide cultural exchange activities in a friendly and interactive manner.
Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for participants.
Follow the structured program while allowing natural and engaging interactions.

★Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys cultural exchange.
Has experience in teaching, tutoring, or hosting group discussions (preferred but not required).
Able to create a fun and educational atmosphere for students.

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic native English speakers to chaperone cultural exchange experiences for Japanese students. This is a unique chance to help students practice English in a relaxed and enjoyable setting while sharing your culture in memorable ways.

Position: Cultural Exchange Chaperone for Students
Location: Okinawa, Japan
Type: Temporary / One-time Gig

Upcoming Opportunity:
•Date: November 14 (Thursday)
•Time: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
•Students: Junior High School students from mainland Japan
•Responsibilities: Engage with students, conduct cultural exchange activities, prepare lunch
•Compensation: ¥22,000+ (paid in cash after the program)
•Meeting Location: Chatan

Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare lunch when required.
•Interact with students through conversation, games, and cultural activities.
•Introduce students to local points of interest or welcome them into your home for a rich, immersive experience.

Ideal Candidate:
•Available for the entire scheduled time.
•Owns a white-plate car (required for passenger transport).
•Enjoys casual teaching, cultural sharing, and chaperoning.

• High School Students
• Lunch preparation required
• Compensation: ¥22,000 or more
　　　　 (paid in cash after the program)

Who We’re Looking For:
• Available for the full time slot
• Comfortable preparing lunch on required days
• Owns a car
(white plate required for passenger capacity)
• Loves engaging in conversation, playing games, and sharing cultural experiences
• Open to taking students to interesting places or welcoming them into your home for a real cultural experience

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with students, help them practice English, and create meaningful memories through cultural exchange! You’ll get to enjoy a relaxed, friendly environment where you can chat, play games, and explore together, sharing your culture in a fun, hands-on way!
