The registration desk will open at 10 am and workshops of NORAXON start at 10:30. The both are held at the main venue of the conference, 2nd floor of 5C building in Health and Sport Sciences area.
But the IMPORTANT NOTICE is no lunch at the conference venue today. We can introduce you how to get the lunch near the venue.

If you will come to the university by bus, it costs 200 Yen to pay by coins when you get off. You can catch the bus to the venue at gate 6 of the Tsukuba Center and get on the bus number 10 or C10. You have to get off the bus stop of Tsukuba Daigaku Nishi or Gassyukusyo. You will be able to see the staff or sign of the conference at the stop. Some staffs also will be at the Tsukuba Center to support you from 9am to 4pm.

If you will come to the university by a taxi, the picture would help you to take you to the venue instead of telling the destination to a driver. Take care to show the picture without inverse!

Rainy season, we call Tsuyu, still continue. It is not so hot but so humid. An amount of rain is not large. It is enough to protect you to use an umbrella.

It would not be focused to flight in Narita at same time. So we will not negotiate with the bus company to run an extra bus from the airport to Tsukuba. I recommend you to go to buy a bus ticket at Narita as soon as you have arrived, if you will use the limousine bus from Narita.
