CADを使うのが初めての方も大歓迎です。

💻 DAY 1｜August 30
Design your own racing car using TinkerCAD.
No CAD experience needed — beginners are very welcome!

Your design will be 3D printed and ready for the second workshop.

🎨🏁 DAY 2｜September 6
Assemble, paint and finish your 3D-printed car — then put it to the test on the track!

Watch your own design go from the screen to a real racing car and experience the world of STEM Racing through design, making and racing. 🚀

ロートこどもみらい財団とともに、「モータースポーツが生み出す最新技術とは ～STEM RacingミニチュアF1カーを体験しよう～」 を開催しました。

参加者の皆さんは、モータースポーツから生まれる技術やエンジニアリングについて学びながら、ミニチュアF1カーの製作とレースに挑戦しました。🏁

「どうすればもっと速く走るのか？」

考え、つくり、試し、改善する――そんなエンジニアリングの楽しさを体験していただけた一日となりました。

Together with the Rohto Children's Future Foundation, STEM Racing Japan hosted the "Discover the Technology Behind Motorsport – Experience a STEM Racing Miniature F1 Car" workshop.

Participants explored how motorsport drives innovation before building and racing their own miniature F1 cars. 🏁

By thinking, creating, testing, and improving, they experienced the excitement of engineering and hands-on learning.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and to all those who helped make this workshop possible.

🏁 TGR Haas F1 Team TPC Event に参加

STEM Racing Japanで活動する生徒たちが、富士スピードウェイで開催された TGR Haas F1 Team「Testing of Previous Cars（TPC）」 に参加しました。

F1マシンを間近で見学し、実際にタイヤ交換にも挑戦。モータースポーツの現場を肌で感じる、貴重な一日となりました。

また、TGR Haas F1 Team Team Principal であり、STEM Racing Japanアンバサダーでもある 小松礼雄さん とお話しする機会にも恵まれ、生徒たちにとって世界最高峰のモータースポーツをより身近に感じる特別な機会となりました。

このような貴重な機会をご提供いただいた TGR Haas F1 Team をはじめ、関係者の皆さまに心より感謝申し上げます。

こうした本物の体験を通して、未来のエンジニアやイノベーターを育む挑戦を、これからも続けていきます。🏎️✨

🏁 Students Attend the TGR Haas F1 Team TPC Event

Students from STEM Racing Japan attended the TGR Haas F1 Team Testing of Previous Cars (TPC) Event at Fuji Speedway.
They saw an F1 car up close and even had the chance to try changing a tyre themselves, giving them a rare opportunity to experience the world of motorsport firsthand.

The students also had the opportunity to speak with Ayao Komatsu, Team Principal of the TGR Haas F1 Team and Ambassador of STEM Racing Japan. It was a special experience that brought the highest level of motorsport even closer to them.

Our sincere thanks to the TGR Haas F1 Team and everyone involved for making this valuable opportunity possible.

Through authentic experiences like these, STEM Racing Japan will continue its work to inspire and nurture the next generation of engineers and innovators. 🏎️✨

STEM Racing Japanは、Formula E Tokyo E-Prix Fan Village に出展し、多くの皆さまにSTEM Racingを体験していただきました。

レース体験を通じて、子どもから大人まで、ものづくりやモータースポーツの楽しさに触れていただき、多くの笑顔と出会うことができました。

24日に開催された FIA Girls on Track では、モータースポーツに興味を持つ多くの女子生徒・女性の皆さまにご参加いただき、STEM Racingの魅力を知っていただく貴重な機会となりました。

STEM Racingは、レースだけではなく、エンジニアリング、デザイン、プレゼンテーション、チームワークなど、多様な学びにつながる教育プログラムです。

ブースへお立ち寄りいただいた皆さま、そしてこのような素晴らしい機会をご提供いただいた関係者の皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。

STEM Racing Japan was proud to exhibit at the Formula E Tokyo E-Prix Fan Village, where visitors of all ages had the opportunity to experience STEM Racing firsthand.

Through our racing activities, participants discovered the excitement of engineering, creativity, and motorsport in a fun and interactive way.

On July 24, during FIA Girls on Track, we were delighted to welcome many girls and young women with an interest in motorsport and introduce them to the world of STEM Racing.

STEM Racing is more than racing—it develops skills in engineering, design, presentation, teamwork, and problem-solving through hands-on learning.

STEM Racing Japanの生徒たちが、「SUPER FORMULA おしごとセッション」に参加しました。

今回のプログラムでは、ROOKIE Racing（ルーキーレーシング）のガレージ見学をはじめ、モータースポーツの現場で活躍する方々から、チーム運営やレースを支えるさまざまな仕事について、貴重なお話を伺いました。

普段は見ることのできないピットやマシンを間近で見学し、一つのレースをつくり上げるために、多くの専門分野の人々が連携していることを学ぶ貴重な機会となりました。

STEM Racing Japanでは、競技だけでなく、実際のモータースポーツやエンジニアリングの現場に触れることで、生徒たちの視野を広げる学びの機会を大切にしています。

Students from STEM Racing Japan took part in the SUPER FORMULA Career Session.

As part of the program, they visited the ROOKIE Racing garage and had the opportunity to hear from professionals working behind the scenes in motorsport.

The students explored the pit area, saw the race cars up close, and gained valuable insights into the many roles and areas of expertise that come together to support a racing team.
At STEM Racing Japan, we value opportunities for students to connect their learning with real-world motorsport and engineering environments.

【文部科学大臣政務官 福田かおる様を表敬訪問】

STEM Racing Japan National Finals 2026 Professional Classで優勝し、文部科学大臣賞を受賞した Team Hayate が、文部科学大臣政務官 福田かおる様を表敬訪問しました。

訪問では、日本初開催となったNational Finalsの取り組みや、10月にシンガポールで開催される STEM Racing World Finals 2026 への挑戦についてご報告しました。

生徒たちは、自ら設計・製作したマシンやエンジニアリングポートフォリオを紹介し、設計の工夫やチームでの役割、世界大会へ向けた目標を、自分たちの言葉でお伝えしました。

福田政務官には、生徒一人ひとりの話に真摯に耳を傾けていただき、世界へ挑戦する若者たちへ温かい激励のお言葉をいただきました。

この貴重な経験を胸に、Team Hayateは世界大会へ向けてさらに挑戦を続けます。🌏🏎️

【Courtesy Visit to Parliamentary Vice-Minister Kaoru Fukuda】

Following their victory in the Professional Class at the STEM Racing Japan National Finals 2026 and receiving the MEXT Minister’s Award, Team Hayate paid a courtesy visit to Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Ms. Kaoru Fukuda.

During the visit, the team shared highlights from Japan’s first National Finals and presented their preparations for the STEM Racing World Finals 2026 in Singapore.

The students introduced their race car, engineering portfolio, design process, team roles, and aspirations for the World Finals—all in their own words.

Vice-Minister Fukuda listened attentively to each student and offered warm words of encouragement as they prepare to represent Japan on the world stage.

Inspired by this valuable opportunity, Team Hayate will continue their journey toward the World Finals. 🌏🏎️

🏁STEM Racing Japan National Finals 2026🇯🇵

日本初となる STEM Racing Japan National Finals 2026を開催しました。

3日間にわたり、生徒たちはレースだけでなく、設計・製作・プレゼンテーション・チームワークなど、それぞれの力を発揮しながら挑戦しました。

この大会を通じて、多くの学びや成長、そして新たな出会いが生まれ、日本代表2チームが世界大会への切符を手にしました。

大会の開催にあたり、ご支援・ご協力いただいたパートナー企業の皆さま、審査員・ボランティア・学校関係者の皆さま、そして日頃から生徒たちを支えてくださった保護者の皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。

また、大会に参加してくださったすべてのチームの皆さま、本当にありがとうございました。

ここで得た経験は、次の挑戦へとつながっていきます。

世界大会、そして2027年のNational Finalsへ🚀

We proudly hosted the first-ever STEM Racing Japan National Finals.

Over three days, students demonstrated their skills not only in racing, but also in engineering, manufacturing, presentation, and teamwork.

The event brought together learning, growth, and new connections, while two teams earned the opportunity to represent Japan at the aramco STEM Racing World Finals 2026.

Our sincere thanks go to all participating teams, our partners, judges, volunteers, schools, parents and families, and everyone who helped make this event possible.

On to the World Finals—and onward to the 2027 National Finals🚀

The journey doesn't end here✨
