Year 1-JHS
(Vocabulary Practice)

Target Language:Telling time,Daily routine

Game Rule:
1.Each student is called in random by picking the sticks where each student’s number is written.(blue-boys,red-girls).
2.JTE picks a stick one at a time alternately. When a student number is called ,he/she stands up,picks any number on the PowerPoint board game she likes, then I click it open, and the student answers the question on the picked number.
3.There are enough numbers to be opened for all students to get called and participate.

Note:
These numbered sticks work very well to get students’ attention,as they know, they could be called anytime. They sure pay attention to the lesson.Good also for calling in volunteers.

Jeopardy Game:(Junior/Senior HS)

This game is fit to the Covid situation schools’ activities restrictions.Suggested activity for a review lesson.

Game Rule:
1.Make groups (most classes have 6 groups)
2.One student represents the group for each round. They do it from group 1-6.Then,go next round.I prepared the Jeopardy Board to make 3 rounds.
3.The group player picks a number 100-500.(100-easiest...500-most difficult)If the player, can’t answer the question, other students get the chance to answer and earns the point for his/her group.
4.The board points box turns to different color when already picked. So,they know which points are still available.
