が刊行されました。
本書は代表執筆者の縄田浩志先生が参加した6つのプロジェクトの成果物であり、そのなかには現代中東地域研究国立民族学博物館拠点・秋田大学拠点の共同研究も含まれます。

現代中東地域研究みんぱく拠点の研究成果として、黒田賢治特任助教の『戦争の記憶と国家―帰還兵が見た殉教と忘却の現代イラン』（世界思想社）が刊行されました。

イラン政治で注目される革命防衛隊を代表とした「軍」勢力の支持基盤について、イラン・イラク戦争の帰還兵の「肩越し」に迫って労作です。

現代中東地域研究の成果として刊行された『中東・イスラーム世界への30の扉』（西尾哲夫・東長靖編、ミネルヴァ書房、2021年）の執筆陣から6人を招き6カ月かけて行われる連続講座が朝日カルチャーセンター中之島教室（Zoomでのリモート開催）で10月から開講されます！！
今期は6カ月のうちの半分、3カ月の連続講座の募集が始まっています。

ニュースで耳目を集める中東の話題だけでなく、これを機会により深い中東に触れてみませんか？
連続講座（有料）となっていますが、全回への参加・視聴が難しい、特定の回だけ参加してみたいという方には、回別の参加も可能です。

第1回目（10月5日）、講師は本拠点代表で現代中東地域研究プロジェクト総括、そして『中東・イスラーム世界への30の扉』の一人、西尾哲夫先生（国立民族学博物館）による「総論―中東・イスラーム世界への扉としてのアラビアンナイト」です。
第2回目（11月2日）、講師は同じく本拠点構成員の相島葉月先生(国立民族学博物館准教授)による「歴史の扉―カラテからエジプト社会を考える」
第3回目（12月7日）、講師は京都大学拠点から日本のイスラーム主義政治研究の第一人者、小杉泰先生（立命館大学）による「政治の扉―イスラーム過激派は、いかに勃興したか」です。
