We are pleased to officially announce our name chage from ESP Musical Academy to ESP College of Entertainment TOKYO from next year!
Originally founded in Takadanobaba, Tokyo in 1983, ESP Musical Academy has never been afraid to embrace change and encourage positive transformations in the lives of our students.
We are just as excited to share this change in name and reaffirm our commitment to your education and success.

Today, guitar craft department invited ESP graduates, top craft man Mr. Yamada and Mr. Kobayashi seniors to the special technical craft seminar.

Instruments from photo are wonderful models that were exhibited at the 2016 TOKYO Musical Instrument Fair. It is also produced by these two craft man at The New Tokyo Factory, the hear of ESP corporation.

Instrument Repair, ESP Musical Academy

The courses outlined as part of the instrument repair are designed to provide those enrolled a better understanding of the mechanics, assembly, disassembly, repair, and appropriate maintenance of musical instruments.

Students are exposed to and learn how to diagnose an instrumental problem, extimate the time required to complete a standard repair, provide an estimate of the cost of the repair, as well as estimate the cost of associated instrument maintenance.

What the Program Gives You
Upon completion of a diploma in instrumental repair, students will:

・Identify and assess repairs needed for brass, woodwind, percussion, and piano;
・Develop maintenance plans for brass, woodwind, percussion, and piano;
・Determine cost extimates for materials and repairs;
・Tune Piano; and
・Create a busines plan for acting as an independent repair contractor.
