Sunday 27th November 2016. I witnessed GREATNESS. It takes a lot of courage, pushing and willingness to break into a new landscape. Especially when that landscape is in the mind. Thanks to the quality of the people who threw down on Sunday, progress happened. Impressive. Thanks so much to all you guys.

Hello All Liars! The next session is on November 5th at 10am. A full day workshop to focus on yourself and tune out the panic! Come to re-set your mind and body. We'll be continuing the amazing focus from last time, with more scenes and characters in the same style. We'll also learn to create an improvised story with more roles, using the same stuff. If you felt good after last time, and can see the possibilities of this work, come down to experience your self once again.

From Sensei's position- this was incredible work. Without self conscious neediness to be funny or clever. Everyone had a breakthrough moment. Everyone was present, in the moment, and had something to offer that was created out of that moment.
