The other day Shibuya Gaigo Gakuin hosted a 漫才(manzai) or Japanese comedy duo event!

Our students were paired up and, under the guidance of pros, wrote and performed their own short comedy skit, all in Japanese!
We all had an awesome time getting a taste of this wonderful part of Japaneses couture!

Shibuya Gaigo Gakuin recently hosted an excursion to Shibamata Taishakuten, a beautiful and historic temple in Tokyo!

This particular temple is said to offer blessings of good fortune, safety, and most importantly, academic susses, making it a popular spot for students!

The other day Shibuya Gaigo Gakuin hosted a trip to the Ghibli Museum!

Our students enjoyed the wonderfully mild winter weather and the fantastic sights of this world-famous attraction!

This year Shibuya Gaigo Gakuin's Christmas party saw the return of our Showa era "snack" bar!

Our lovely teachers and staff dressed up in glorious 80s style to a number of events and games such a short-cake making contest and BINGO with a grand prize of couples tickets to Tokyo Disneyland!

We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and look forward to seeing you back in class in the new year!

Recently Shibuya Gaigo Gakuin took some of our a students on a sake brewery tour!
Everyone had an awesome time exploring the facilities and learning about how sake is made, and sampling plenty of the goods!

Recently, Shibuya Gaigo Gakuin hosted an outing to Kawagoe, a famous part of Tokyo dating all the way back to the Edo period! 🇯🇵

On top of checking out all the amazingly preserved town, we also participated in a local fox mask painting experience!
