Welcome to a new workshop format that focuses on foundational heels combos~ 👠👠

This class is for those who want to boost their skill level by drilling heels technique in a series of across-the-floor and center combinations. Expect 4 different kinds of walks, balances, hair whips, variations of body rolls, floor combos, and stretching & strengthening, all in one workshop.

HEELS 101 COURSE (May-June ’25 Edition)
For beginners+

The HEELS 101 COURSE by Chroma is a 4-week class series for beginners and anyone who wants to level up their foundation in heels dance. From a beautiful bevel to a body roll, this course will focus on clean technique 🩰 and unlocking your confidence in heels! 🔥 The course will culminate with an intro to choreography that includes elements from all 4 classes.

What’s different this time? More drills, bigger studio, and an opportunity to take videos for the purpose of tracking your progress. SAME intimate feel and quality training! 👠 The level will be catered to the level of the class.

Thursday evenings at 7PM in Shinjuku:
May 15 from 19:00 - 20:30
May 22 from 19:00 - 20:30
May 29 from 19:00 - 20:30
June 5 from 19:00 - 21:00* (The session ends at 9pm)
