Two young practitioners from Germany have been training with us throughout their long stay in Japan.
Today was their final session with us.

Under Sensei Ito’s guidance, it became a memorable practice.

昨晩は、ドイツから1名、オーストラリアから1名、フランスから3名、そして筑波からセルビアの方が参加。国籍を超えて集まり、充実した稽古となりました。🇩🇪🇦🇺🇫🇷🇷🇸

出合い技（カウンター）から体捌きにつなげ、前の手で正中線を守りつつ相手の中心を崩して攻める動きを反復。

集中した良い時間が流れました！

Koishikawa Dojo – Adult Class.

Last night we welcomed one practitioner from Germany, one from Australia, three from France, and one Serbian practitioner visiting from Tsukuba. It was a truly fulfilling session with members gathering from across different countries. 🇩🇪🇦🇺🇫🇷🇷🇸

We practiced connecting counter techniques with body movement, protecting the centerline with the lead hand while breaking the opponent’s balance and launching follow‑up attacks.

A focused and meaningful evening of training.

本日午前中、全日本棒相撲普及協会の武田先生、太長根先生、近藤先生に颯志館へお越しいただき、交流稽古を行いました。

遊びや競技としての楽しさはもちろん、武道・武術に必要な身体づくりの要素が多く含まれており、とても有意義な時間となりました。

皆さんにもぜひ体験していただきたいです。

本当に素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました‼️

This morning, we welcomed Takeda Sensei, Ohnagane Sensei, and Kondo Sensei from the All Japan Bōsumō Promotion Association to Soshikan for an exchange training session.

Bōsumō is fun both as play and as a competitive activity, but it also contains many important elements for developing the body needed in budo and bujutsu. It was a truly meaningful and enriching time.

We hope many of you will have the chance to experience it as well.

今晩はドイツから空手修行者2名が参加。🇩🇪

全体稽古では初心者から上級者まで一緒に自己鍛錬に励み、途中からは白帯・色帯・上級者に分かれてそれぞれの課題に集中しました。

今日も良い稽古になりました！

Tonight we welcomed two karate practitioners from Germany. 🇩🇪

We began with training all together, from beginners to advanced students, and later divided into groups—white belts, colored belts, and senior members—so everyone could focus on their own level.

Another meaningful training session tonight.

松濤館流空手のエッセンスを体得するうえで欠かせない五本組手と自由一本組手。

本日の赤羽支部・一般部の稽古では、オーストラリア、ドイツ、フランスからの修行者も参加し、間合いの見切りと捌きからの反撃を繰り返し磨きました。

五本組手と自由一本組手を通して、互いに高め合う充実した時間に。

In Shotokan Karate, Gohon Kumite and Jiyu Ippon Kumite are essential for learning distance, timing, and effective counterattacks.

In today’s adult class at our Akabane dojo, practitioners from Australia, Germany, and France joined the training.

Through Gohon Kumite and Jiyu Ippon Kumite, everyone pushed each other to improve and created a truly meaningful training session.

Under the instruction of Naka Sensei, we studied the bunkai and applications of Bassai Dai in depth.

A wonderful space where everyone devoted themselves to their own training.
