Do you know about the Designated Activity VISA?
Since June this June 2024, this visa has made it easier to change jobs from companies with problematic working conditions.
For Filipinos (and some other countries as well),
1. The company you are currently working for is not registered with POLO
2. The wages and other contractual contents are far from the reality
3. Night shifts and overtime wages are insufficient, not added, or payments are delayed

Foreigners working in Japan! The procedure of the city hall in Japan is important!
For foreigners who are residing in Japan!

VISA APPLICATION IN JICAO CASE-１.
The two care workers who will have their visas renewed this time came to Japan under the EPA and changed to SSW visas midway through. At this point, it is confirmed that they will be able to work in Japan for a total of nine years. During that time, they will be taking the care worker exam.
Fortunately, the salary is good and there are bonuses. If they pass the care worker exam, they will be granted a care visa and will receive twice the qualification allowance for other facilities.
More importantly, if they can obtain a 10-year residence and work certificate, they will be able to obtain a permanent residence visa and will be able to do any job, not just care work.
