今回は、同じく思いを共有する滋賀の施設が三重の山奥に長く働く外国人介護人材と歓談し、施設長の運営の仕方を訪問見学しました。

For foreigners who are residing in Japan!
If you do not pay taxes, insurance premiums, and pension when renewing your visa, you will not be able to get your visa.
I'll tell you just in case, but the city hall in Japan is very kind. I don't respond to the staff who is bossy like overseas city halls I experienced, or while eating pizza and gum.

VISA APPLICATION IN JICAO CASE-１.
The two care workers who will have their visas renewed this time came to Japan under the EPA and changed to SSW visas midway through. At this point, it is confirmed that they will be able to work in Japan for a total of nine years. During that time, they will be taking the care worker exam.
Fortunately, the salary is good and there are bonuses. If they pass the care worker exam, they will be granted a care visa and will receive twice the qualification allowance for other facilities.
