Okinawa + Tokyo // Training Log

From Okinawa’s quiet beaches to Tokyo’s electric streets.
I continued to track every calorie on the road to finishing my cut overseas.

Okinawa grounded me while Tokyo energized me—a stark contrast of environments but equally culturally diverse and beneficial to my training.

Final area complete.

Fuji + Osaka // Training Log

Hiking through Fuji felt like training inside a painting—mist, silence, and endless trails to clear the mind. The views were unreal; I changed plans and stayed another night just to breathe it in.

In Osaka, the tempo flipped. The aquarium was surreal—a whale shark gliding past like a calm titan—and Dotonbori lit up the night with pure, buzzing life.
