女子小中学生に対し、ロボティクス分野への興味・関心を喚起し、STEMスキルを学び実践する場を提供することで、彼女たちのエンパワーメントを図る。これにより、STEM教育におけるジェンダーギャップの是正を促進し、将来のリーダーシップを育成することを目的としたイベントです。ただし、この競技大会は、女子チームに限らず、大会の趣旨に賛同していただけるチームであれば、性別に関係なく出場することができます。
昭和女子大学は、1920年に創設され長い歴史と伝統を持つ女子大学です。幼稚園からの一貫教育を提供しており、国際的な視野を広げ、グローバル社会で活躍するリーダーシップの育成にも重点が置かれています。 2023年4月より、VEXの導入が始まり、早速新たな国際交流の場として競技大会を開催します。

This event aims to empower elementary and middle school girls by stimulating their interest in the field of robotics and providing a space to learn and practice STEM skills. Through this, it seeks to promote the closing of the gender gap in STEM education and foster future leadership. However this competition is not limited to all-girls teams; any team that agrees with the purpose of the event, regardless of the gender of its members, is welcome to participate.
While team performance will be recorded on robotevents.com, it does not grant eligibility for the World Championship.
Showa Women's University, established in 1920, is a prestigious women's university with a long history and tradition. Offering a consistent education from kindergarten to university, the university emphasizes broadening students' international perspectives and fostering leadership skills for success in a global society.
From April 2023, with the introduction of VEX, they will promptly hold competitive events, serving as a new platform for international exchange.
We, the General Incorporated Association for Promoting Youth STEM Education, would like to express our respect and gratitude to Principal Mashimo and the many individuals involved at Showa Women's University Junior-Senior High School who have been instrumental in the implementation of VEX. We look forward to building a collaborative relationship for the further promotion of STEM education.

Welcome to the KEIO STEM Robotics GRAND-PRIX 2025 Vol. 2!
Since VEX Robotics was introduced to Japan, numerous teams from Chofu City have competed in the World Championship. The second tournament, hosted by KEIO Corporation, was held at the KEIO Arena TOKYO Sub-Arena.
We also hosted a free robot programming trial class and a robot operation experience session at the same time.

日本にVEXロボティクスが入ってから、世界大会に数多くのチームを送り出してきた調布市で、京王電鉄の冠による第二回目の競技会が、京王アリーナTOKYOのサブアリーナで開催しました！

また無料ロボットプロブラミング体験教室とロボット操作体験会を同時開催し、初めての児童生徒がVEXロボティクスに触れることができました。
