Vineyard Notes｜08.30
🍇ピノ・ノワール、ぶりぶり
ピノ・ノワールが深い紫色に色づいています。
粒もぶりぶりとしてきました。
でも、今年はまだ収穫しません。
今はブドウを実らせることよりも、
葉をしっかり広げて光合成をして、
その力を幹や枝、根に蓄えることを優先しています。
この畑も来年で3年目。
樹がしっかり育ったところで、
いよいよ来年、初めての収穫を迎えます。
The Pinot Noir grapes have turned a deep purple,
and the berries are looking plump and juicy.
However, we won’t be harvesting them this year. Right now, our priority is not about letting them bear fruit, but rather spreading their leaves wide to maximize photosynthesis, storing that energy into the trunks, branches, and roots.
Next year will mark the third year for this vineyard. Once the vines have grown strong and sturdy, we will finally celebrate our very first harvest.
