【Clear Soup of Chicken Meat ball】
”Clear Soup” is called "SUMASHI JIRU" in Japan. Taste is very simple,mild but deep and this soup warms you up.
I used chicken meat all today. However, Tsumire(Fish Cake ball) is also used oftern for OSUMASHI JIRU.
【澄まし汁】
日本ではこの透明スープを、澄まし汁と呼んでます。味がとても、シンプルで優しくて、あったまります。
今回は、鶏肉団子にしたけれど、つみれ(魚のすり身)もよく使われますよ🥰深いだしがとても出ます

【Carving-Cut Cucumber Pickle】
As you may know, there are many kinds of pickles in Japan and Japanese really likes eat pickles with rice.
This is one of them. I added sesame oil and grated-garlic. So, the taste becomes more rich and modernistic
though :) ***This is one of my cooking class's menues**

日本には沢山のお漬物があって、日本人はご飯にお漬物を添えて食べるのが本当に大好きですよね。
