Position: Marketing Staff
Location: Shibuya, Tokyo (15 minutes away from Shibuya station)

【Job Description】
We are looking for an English-speaking team member to join our international company. Your main responsibilities will include:
Provide enrollment support for foreign customers who want to attend a driving camp in Japan.

・Process applications related to gaimen kirikae (foreign license conversion), including license translation and arranging driving practice when necessary.

・Respond to customer inquiries about our products and services through various platforms (email, chat, social media, etc.).

・Translate documents and other materials related to our services.

・Create marketing content and assist in developing marketing strategies for different products and services.

・Coordinate with internal teams to support and carry out various projects.

【Requirements】
・Business-level Japanese & English (JLPT N2 or higher)
・Native-level fluency in Filipino
・Customer Service Experience
・Familiar with social media and various creative editing tools
・Must currently reside in Japan

Salary:
・Base ¥2,000 per hour + commission (around ¥455）
・20% increase for night shifts

Requirements:
・Own vehicle (five-door)
・Japanese license (Regular AT car)
・Japanese N2+
・Visa with no work restriction (PR, spouse, long-term, etc.)
・Customer service experience
・1 year driving experience

Work Schedule:
①Weekdays 7:00～11:00
②Friday and Saturday 16:00～20:00
③Saturday 0:30～4:30
④Sunday 10:00～14:00
