I was humbled by a testimonial one of my students sent me just before the new year. It reads: I have been learning with Dan for around half a year now, and I cannot express how excellent, professional and friendly of a mentor he has been. From the very first lesson, I was so impressed just watching him play. Not only is he a skilled musician, but also a great teacher. Having never played a musical instrument myself, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. However from the very start, Dan has been nothing but understanding and his style of teaching makes everything so easy to understand. He really goes the extra mile to help me understand and break down the more difficult concepts. The lessons are consistently informative and always an enjoyable experience. There is so much to learn from Dan, and I love playing drums more and more with every lesson. I haven’t even considered looking elsewhere for lessons, and I absolutely recommend him to anyone with a passion or even casual interest in playing drums.
