Hello everyone! sorry for the late response. and thanks for the comments and the pm. The price depends on the menu every month. This month we will be making

" home made Tonkatsu, and Tonkatsu sauce, (shown on this picture)

Miso soup,
Japanese style potato salad"

I will also be explaining how to cook

white rice with "Jyugo koku mai" which is 15 grain rice.

You will also have a souvenir to bring it back home for your
husband/kids.
The price will be 2000yen for this class because pork is usually a little expensive in Japan. The class will be held at my house which is the new apartment in Ginza. ( It is right in front of Hachinoya) but i can meet at Nimitz if you are not sure where it is.

The class will be starting at 10:30 in the morning, mostly on weekdays.

The maximum of the class will be 3 to 4.

The Tonkatsu Class will be held on May 1st,20th,22nd,27th,

I will also post the japanese pastry classes on this page soon too! I am also thinking of some fun event like inviting some chefs from places so i can be a translator for the students.

Good afternoon:) The pastry menu for May is "Milk Crepe Cape" we will be using a frying pan to make crepes, not an oven! You will be bringing back a whole cake after the class. Anybody interested making this cake in the picture?:) ¥1500 for Milk crepe cake class.
