**Job Title: Business Partner at Eric's English Services**

Eric's English School has recently transitioned into Eric's English Services, allowing us to expand into various areas of work. We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Partner in the Sanyo Onoda area.
Eric’s English Schoolは最近、Eric’s English Servicesに移行し、さまざまな業務領域に拡大しました。現在、山陽小野田地域で専念したビジネスパートナーを求めています。
**Responsibilities:**
- Teaching English to students of all ages.
- Assisting in the growth of the school and the consulting part of the company.
- Collaborating in the management and decision-making processes of the company.
すべての年齢の学生に英語を教える。
学校と会社のコンサルティング部門の成長を支援する。
会社の経営と意思決定プロセスに協力する。
**Requirements:**
- Must already have a visa for staying in Japan.
- Must be available for part-time work or not in immediate need of money.
- Can either be a Japanese national or foreigner.
すでに日本滞在のビザを持っていること。
パートタイムの仕事が可能で、すぐにお金が必要でないこと。
日本人または外国人であること。
**Compensation:**
- Salary details can be discussed in direct messages.
- Please note that this is a startup position, and while salaries will be paid, they will grow as the company grows.
- Partnership also means shared ownership.
