急速凍結レプリカ法ではありませんが,領域運動マシナリーのテーマだった研究がやっとNature Communicationsで発表できました.肺炎マイコプラズマの感染の全ての中心で働くタンパク質複合体です.この構造はマイコプラズマ学40年来の夢でもありました.これからは,接着,滑走,抗原性変化を具体的に考えることができます.
