今学期はローマ人への手紙からヨハネの黙示録まで、新約聖書の各書簡を順に学んでいきましょう。各書簡の概要を理解し、新約聖書全体がどのように繋がっているかを深く学ぶ通論のクラスです。

余沢穣は東京都出身。国際的な教会で牧師の息子として育ちました。妻と一緒に埼玉県に現在在住。アメリカのケンタッキー州ルイビルにある南部バプテスト神学校で学び、聖書学・神学における牧会修士(M.Div)を取得。現在、地域教会でユースリーダーとして奉仕しています。より多くの聖書的なリソースとトレーニングが日本語で増えることを望んでいます。

New Testament Survey 2
Romans - Revelation

Join us this semester as we walk through each book in the New Testament from Romans to Revelation. Gain an overview understanding of each book and a greater understanding of how they fit together in this survey of the New Testament.

Taught by Jo Yozawa
Jo Yozawa was born and raised in the greater Tokyo area. He was raised as a pastor’s son in an international church. He and his wife currently reside in Saitama, Japan. Jo has a M.Div. in Biblical and Theological Studies from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Jo is currently serving as a youth director at a local church. He has a strong desire to see more Biblical resources and training in the Japanese language.

Early Church - Renaissance

What can we learn from the history of the early church and how does church history affect ministry today? Join us as we look at church history from the early church to the Renaissance.

Taught by Jonatas Cavani
Jonatas Cavani was born in Brazil, raised in the United States, and has worked as a history teacher in East Asia—primarily China, South Korea, and Japan—since 2010.

He holds a B.A. from Harvard University, an M.Ed. from the University of Missouri–Columbia, and an M.A. in Science and Religion from Biola University.

Jonatas currently teaches at J.F. Oberlin University in Tokyo and is especially interested in advancing cultural apologetics in the Japanese context.

教会の起源からルネッサンス時代までの教会史

初代教会の歴史から何を学べるのか、そして今日の奉仕にどのような影響を与えるのか？初代教会からルネサンス期までの教会史を共に学びましょう。

担当教師：Jonatas Cavani
ジョナタス・カヴァニはブラジルで生まれ、アメリカで育ちました。2010年以降、中国・韓国・日本を中心とした東アジアで歴史教師として働いてきました。

ハーバード大学で学士号、ミズーリ大学コロンビア校で教育学修士(M.Ed)、バイオラ大学で科学と宗教分野の文学修士(M.A)を取得。

現在は東京都にある桜美林大学で教鞭をとり、とくに日本の文脈におけるカルチュラル・アポロジェティクスの発展に強い関心を持っています。

Learn the foundations of the Old Testament together with us in our Old Testament Survey 1 class! We’ll study Genesis through Esther and gain an overview knowledge of the first half of the Old Testament.
