先日、アメリカから素敵なお客様ファミリーをお迎えしました🇺🇸

今回お越しいただいたご家族は、それぞれに大切な食のスタイルや制限をお持ちでした。
・ペスカタリアン（魚介・植物性食品OK）
・オボ・ベジタリアン／ラクト・オボ・ベジタリアン（卵・乳製品OKのベジタリアン）
・海鮮アレルギー（海苔や海藻、昆布出汁も含め完全排除）

ご家族全員が同じテーブルで、一切の心配もなく心から安心して和食を楽しんでもらえるよう、制限に合わせ調理工程や食材を工夫し対応させていただきました。

皆様が「美味しい😋」と笑顔で同じお料理をシェアされている姿を見て、私も本当に胸が熱くなりました✨
レッスンの最後には、「日本滞在の締めに相応しい、本当に特別な時間になりました」と、この上なく嬉しいお言葉をいただきました 🥰🙏

It was an absolute honor to welcome a wonderful family from the US for a private cooking class!🇺🇸✨
They had various dietary needs—Pescatarian, Vegetarian, and a severe Seafood Allergy (including seaweed and kelp dashi). To ensure everyone could safely share and enjoy the exact same meal together, I prepared a customized menu featuring our popular Tofu Hamburg steak, Tamagoyaki, and special Vegan Sushi (Maki & Inari).
I am so incredibly touched by their kind words: "It was the perfect final highlight of our trip to Japan." Thank you for such a memorable time🙏✨😊

#和食料理教室

大変光栄なことに、今年も日本政府観光局（JNTO）が主催するプレミアムな商談・視察イベント「Japan Luxury Showcase（JLS）」において、当教教室が大阪で唯一のアクティビティに選ばれ、海外からの大切なゲストの皆様をお迎えいたしました✨

今回は、日本の伝統的な家庭料理を体験していただき、皆様エプロンを身にまとい、真剣かつ和気あいあいとした雰囲気で挑戦してくださいました😊

お料理の後は、一汁三菜を美しくセッティングし
全員で手を合わせ、心を込めて「いただきます」の挨拶をしてから、特別なランチタイムを楽しむことができました😋

日本の食文化、そして「食卓を通じた相互理解」の魅力を、こうして世界の一流の皆様に直接体感していただけたことは、私にとっても大きな誇りであり、大変貴重な時間となりました✨

最後にお一人おひとりに修了証書をお渡しし、最高の笑顔で記念撮影📸
この素晴らしいご縁を糧に、これからも「食」を通じて日本の美しさ、そして温かさを世界へ発信し続けてまいります☺️

We are incredibly honored that our cooking class was chosen as the exclusive activity in Osaka for this year’s "Japan Luxury Showcase (JLS)," a premium business and inspection event hosted by the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO)✨ We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming wonderful guests from around the world!
For this special occasion, our guests experienced cooking traditional Japanese home-style dishes. Wearing their aprons, everyone took on the challenge with a wonderful blend of deep focus and joyful camaraderie😊
After cooking, we beautifully arranged the dishes in the traditional Ichiju-Sansai (one soup, three sides) style. We all put our hands together to share a heartfelt "Itadakimasu" before enjoying a very special lunch time together😋
It is an immense source of pride for me, and a truly precious experience, to have these world-class guests directly experience the charm of Japanese food culture and "mutual understanding through the dining table"✨
To wrap up the workshop, I presented each guest with a certificate of completion, followed by a commemorative photo filled with the brightest smiles📸 Fueled by this wonderful connection, I will continue to share the beauty and warmth of Japan with the world through the power of food☺️

福井県勝山市では多文化共生社会の実現に向けた
取り組みの一つとして「多文化共生料理教室」を
開催して下さいました。
10月8日（水）ハラール講座・調理実習
10月9日（木）和食料理教室
ともに、盛況のうちに無事終了することができました🙌
今回両日共にMuslimの方にもご参加頂きました
ことで、料理教室は当初の目的以上に大変意義深い
内容になったと確信しております✨

the "Multicultural Cooking Class" was held as one of the initiatives aimed at realizing a multicultural society.
We are pleased to announce that both sessions successfully concluded with great success🙌
• October 8 (Wed): Halal Food Lecture and Cooking Workshop
• October 9 (Thu): Japanese Cuisine Cooking Class
We are convinced that the cooking class became even more significant than initially intended because Muslim participants joined us on both days.✨
